is a person-to-person chat app to assist in decreasing symptoms of anxiety in university students in Malaysia.

The application aims to achieve three main goals:

students to express themselves

To provide a healthy tool that serves as a coping mechanism and allows development of lifelong skills

To help eradicate the existing stigma surrounding mental
health
Bridge is for every student that
doesn't know how to reach out,
doesn't have anyone to speak to,
feels judged when they talk about the things they feel,
feels like they should be able to handle everything on their own.
Bridge is for every student.
This application is not a substitute for counselling or therapy.
It is a tool to help develop healthy self-coping habits.
